Life, inevitable, seems slaved itself to numerous sets of impeccably daily routines - Day in, day out - stuck in between frontiers of surreal hallucinatory dream world and the dreadful sense of 'harsh truth'?. Though the difficulty of memorizing various
The Prometheus Punishment..I'm not talking about just the educational part, but the fundamental essence of life, what makes us the 'so-called' perfectly (or flawed, depends on how you sees it) well-designed human being. Though, it's true that sometimes, no matter how much time spent on a subject, you won't truly be able to apprehend it until someone wiser (insert your lecturer's name here) comes along and helped soft things out. So, why does some people act the way they are?. Every decisions we make at the present is indirectly proportional to your previous ones. Therefore, we keep making one after another, right? But what happen when we get stuck? In chess term, stalemate. Unlike in the game and more to a river flow, we diverge out, seeking for alternative routes to reach to our very own 'Point B' or the Sea. But not all are triumph in their quest to find the exit, forcing a return to 'Point A', back from where they came from. Hence, time is wasted. Attempts only deemed to failure. If this paragraph is too hard to understand, do take note that my current state of mind is cluttered and maybe writing gibberish..
From the little things like longkang-growing-plants and the black-cat-from-across-the-street, to larger things like the Milky Way and all the other planetary system. And recently, scientist manage to pinpointed the exact edge of space — the boundary between Earth's atmosphere and outer space. Everything is constantly moving to a known destination to each of their own, a preordained purpose fixed. All I am saying, I want that. The Purpose. The Meaning. A Fix Guideline to follow. Hopefully, I'll find it one day, to create my own lifetime Masterpiece.. in the like of the renowned Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel. (Or the durian cendol added with gula melaka available at the back alley of Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock.. hint* hint*)
But then again, maybe not..
A close friend (who secretly trying to convert me.. hahaha.. just joking.. no hard feelings yeah?) gave me the text below.. with a diagnosis of a severe form of mid-clinical-year crisis, with additional self-limited complication of communication loss.. (Plus some very convincing facts included).. The thing is, this person might be right. I've a hard time getting the pen to spin right during lecture.
Excerption from the biblical Psalm 91: 4-8
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
